Beyond fat loss, it also introduces essential strength benchmarks to help everyone build and maintain their body function as they age. After reaching your weight goal, this is the essential next step that many people never start or properly implement.
Last but not least, the experience is now guided by the upgraded AI coach system. Now you can chat with your coach with a new faster interface, or even hop on a call. Constant guidance through every step of your longevity journey is now just a tap away.
One of the main feedback items we heard in the last few months was that the AI coach was extremely intelligent, but people still didn’t want to wait 20-30 seconds for a reply to their questions.
In this version, we’ve re-engineered the coaching system to be 50-100x faster than before, reducing the time to first word for a reply from 10-20 seconds to just a few milliseconds. Less time spent waiting, more time on insights and improving your health.
This is made possible by processing more data in the background automatically, for example during your morning routine all your recent data is synced and reviewed by your coach—so that by the time you are ready to chat, they already have all the info ready and pulled up.
For more in-depth conversations, we’ve also introduced a new realtime call option. Now in addition to the classic chat interface, you can call your coach, just like you would call a human. This can be used for getting advice, sharing something on your mind, or getting realtime guidance on your plan.

How strong are you?
The Fat Loss Protocol has been improved with a streamlined dashboard shown at the top of your Health tab, making it easier to keep an eye on your progress and not lose track. The main challenge with fat loss is it requires coordination across many weeks or months.
However, humans tend to get bored or distracted after a few days. By setting up the dashboard and making that a part of your routine, you can override this habit and maintain longer term consistency. Now you will also be able to see your detailed weight graph, so you and your coach will both be able to review it and see that you’re on traack.
Some people may have already finished their Fat Loss Protocol or have reached a healthy body composition. What comes next? Are you done?

Now you can measure the top longevity correlations directly in the app—including strength, mobility and other key fitness metrics. No expensive wearables or lab tests needed!
Most people will have some deficiencies in at least one area, so pinpointing those and detecting the issues early can be life-changing. Once you have your benchmarks, you can start a custom workout program to start improving. Then re-test every few months, to make sure you are reducing your speed of aging or making improvements in the right direction from your training.

However, everyone can do the strength benchmarks for free and without needing any specialized equipment, so we recommend starting with that.
The new coach
Managing your health, sleep, steps, workouts, nutrition and more is not easy. Most people can’t do it alone. Even if you had the expertise for it, you may not have the time to crunch all the numbers daily and stay on track. Or for others, it may be hard to stay on track with a plan.
Your coach is designed to help you, and available 24/7 to review your data and help you stay on track with your action plan.
In this version, the chat interface has been streamlined into four simple tabs: your coaching and chat history, your food, your fitness and your mind. All powered by the same coach, but this way you can keep it organized or focus on specific areas to have more detailed feedback. For example, going to the food tab will pull up all your recent meals and also load more of that context and history when talking to your coach.
Now you can have longer instant conversations in the app, and then they will be collapsed to see the summary later without taking up too much space.
From here, you can also access the new call call feature, moving from chat to realtime voice call.
Improved Coach Tab
Now the coach tab is faster and more customized, showing specific guides, insights, habits and videos to help with your mission.
Instantly when you open it, you’ll see a realtime message from your coach. This gives fresh insight and perspective throughout the day, without having to go anywhere or even open the chat. It is also paired with a few recommended actions, that give you quick and easy access to the next tasks. These can be quests, specific features in the app, discussion topics, journal prompts, or more.
The coach tab now features big buttons for the top two cases: call and text. From here, you can quickly start a call and discuss something on your mind, or get feedback from your coach on your recent activity.
Please note that headphones (for example, airpods or any other similar ones) are required for the call to work. If you aren’t able to wear headphones or speak, then you can use the chat to type instead. For most people, a combination of occasional calls, frequent chat, daily journaling, and weekly checkins will be the best combination that keeps you on track with your plan.
