The world is full of beauty.

I spent the month of March beating myself up for not doing enough, not performing, not keeping up with my todo lists, constantly finding myself drained and pained. As a result, I achieved 5% of things I had planned for the month. So, I am approaching April differently: the ONLY way life happens through me anyway (whether I like it or not). This is my only todo list for April. It makes me happier and far less anxious than the March one, ‘cause it’s already done. ✅💚 #liveandlearn #productiveforever #apriltodo

A lot of teachers, preachers and storytellers will activate at the time of chaos. Make no mistake. Some will start reinforcing their own egos. Some will try to get benefited off the collective paranoia in one way or another. Those with real wisdom will keep calm and carry on. 🌳 The oak is not afraid of a hurricane. Only the dandelion is. 🍃

“We are souls having a human experience.” What is the point of spiritual practice, if we give into the total anxiety and fear when things hit the fan? All of our meditation, yoga, and wisdom becomes worthless if we are forgetting the ultimate truth in the times of calamity. Things constantly change. This will also change. And everything will be okay. Preparation does not equal Panic. Also. Death is not the worst thing that can happen to us. Relax slightly. Breathe deeper. Love stronger. What are you attached to? 🤲🏻

*insanity* It looks like a mess of used tissues; tarot cards; archetypes; metaphors; paper-cut pop up lotus flower; naive Christmas music; stickers everywhere; half-filled journals; tears; tremors; headache; forcing the attention to scatter because concentration, even for a moment, feels painful; full body spasms; greed; heartache; rejecting helping hand; abandonment; loss; shame; craving; hatred; blame; more tears; child’s pose; colorful blanket; darkness; survival; passing out on the floor.
