The new Gyroscope V8.2 update is now available for download in the App Store.

Special thanks to all our early members who've been sharing Gyroscope with friends and family, submitting feedback, and helping us refine every detail!

In this version, we’ve focused on improving the speed and reliability of all the features you use daily—logging meals with food camera, chatting with your coach, morning routine, and more.

Now the app has fully reliable audio input, so you can easily log to your journal, chat with your coach, or even log meals, all without typing.

We have also continued to expand the longevity capabilities, helping all our members understand their current lifespan and then make big moves to truly extend it.

Realtime Countdowns

In the main menu, you’ll now see some new timers and countdowns to give instant access to the most essential stats.

This includes classic features like the fasting timer and your time since last workout, now made more prominent and easy to find.

We have also introduced some new calculations from your Health Score, displaying your current biological age (and how it differs from your legal age), your speed of aging, and even how many days you have left to live.

New Widgets

Even outside of the app, now you can keep your Gyroscope goals and data in mind.

This version includes two new widgets to help you stay on track with your goals long term.

Help to quit or reduce alcohol

As a longevity app, one of the most simple and efficient ways for people to improve their health and lifespan will be to reduce alcohol. Many people underestimate the impact this one change can have on their health, but now with advanced metrics like resting heart rate, HRV, biological age, and accurate calorie counts, people can start to make more informed decisions on how to live their life.

Now you can see a realtime countdown since your last drink, and make it more fun and motivating to reduce alcoholic drinks.
