How did you find Gyroscope, and what made you join?

I'm a 59-year-old endurance athlete that was diagnosed with LADA (Latent Autoimmune Diabetes in Adulthood) last December.

My main goals were to effectively manage my diabetes along with my training to stay fit and achieve my race targets. I raced two 70.3 races this year and will be racing a 70.3 and a full Ironman in 2026.

Gyro offered an effective tool that integrates all of the important elements that I'm working with - sleep, nutrition, fitness, stress.

Whoah! Epic work, Kim! How has the app helped with your progress?

Gyroscope gives me an easy to use tool that integrates ALL my data.  I can easily see where I'm at each morning, watch my nutrition during the day, manage my stress, monitor what meals are creating spike in my glucose, and track my activity levels.

What do you like most about the app? 

Food tracking, especially with camera, no need to log foods individually, which makes the whole process so much more convenient. The food timeline and macro counts are also useful, making it easy to see where I'm spiking/falling, how is my nutrition going throughout the day

Also the morning check-in helps me to set the tone for the day and get off on the right foot.

If you were to describe Gyroscope to another person in a couple of sentences, what would you say?

Gyroscope is a one-stop coach that helps me achieve my goals.  It integrates all of my data which means I don't have to do the searching/comparing/compiling/tracking.
