What makes X so special?

I heard about the Gyroscope app through an Oura Ring user group on Facebook. After the free trial I knew your app was what I needed. I don't know if it was an email or on the app announcing Gyroscope Coach. It must have been very persuasive because I jumped on it right away.

Gyroscope Coach is like no other app or experience I've had before. I am a bio-hacker and like to have all the newest gadgets; Gyroscope brings all this information together and shares this with your coach. What good is the information unless you do something with it? It took outside eyes to look at my information and give constructive feedback. Coach Aaron brought these things to my attention and challenged me to make the needed changes. His suggestions brought almost immediate changes to my energy and wellness.

I try to live a healthy lifestyle, but the ability to have Aaron bring sleep, stress, workouts, and eating all together is fantastic.

The proof is in the numbers. Since being a member of X, my energy level improved dramatically. I had become very complacent in my workouts, doing the same thing day after day, week after week. As soon as my gym closed due to COVID-19, Aaron sent me homework that has been more effective and efficient. He has me doing a well-rounded workout, including exercise that I don't like to do, concentrating on the whole body.

How did your habits change with X?

The biggest and most impactful change in my habits was sleep. Aaron pointed out my HRV was low. I had been "getting by" with 4.5 -6 hours of sleep a night. He challenged me to get 7–8 hours for one week. What a difference just a few days made. He asked me all the right questions and pointed out all my readings through the app.

Aaron has also gotten me back into meditation which I haven't done for almost two years. Having me track my mood before and after meditation was proof that it truly helps my stress and mood. Setting the weekly goals helps to remind me to keep my routines and rituals.

What aspects of your health has your coach helped with?

Aaron has really helped me have a holistic approach to wellness. I try to live a healthy lifestyle, but the ability to have Aaron bring sleep, stress, workouts, and eating all together is fantastic. He built a fantastic foundation and built on that each week.

Currently, we are working on my diet. I have a tendency to forget to eat. The ease of logging my food is fantastic. For me, protein consumption has been an issue, but with Aaron's coaching, I have been working on that.

Why did you choose your specific coach?

Since November, I noticed a consistent decrease in my muscle mass. As I age, I know I will lose muscle mass, but I also know I don't have to lose muscle mass. I thought Aaron would be a good choice as a coach because of his strength-building experience. When I joined X, I didn't realize how he would bring in so many other areas my overall wellness and health.

The roadmap Aaron created for me is like building a house. He started with a solid foundation and slowly built upon that. Aaron has taken things slowly, but deliberately. I tend to want to rush and get to the end.

Following Aaron's coaching and insights has gradually pushed me beyond my comfort level without burning out. He has found the perfect level of accountability and encouragement. Aaron knows when and how to best motivate me and keep me moving forward.

How was your experience with the breathwork and meditation sessions with Gyroscope Coach?

The breathwork was amazing. I felt a calm energy right after the session. It was a mental energy, my focus and patience were unbelievable.

Physically, I was extremely relaxed. I had planned to do a quick workout after the session however when I started the workout my body gave out after three minutes. My muscles were relaxed and any stress in my neck and lower back were gone.

What would you tell others who may have an interest in joining the breathwork sessions?

Anyone who is interested in joining a session I would say - "why not?" Try it. It is a very safe environment with no judgement or pressure.

What would you say to people who may be on the fence about X?

I am a self-driven person. However, I excel with the addition of external accountability and expectations. X has provided me with that additional level of motivation that I need. Coach Aaron has provided encouragement while challenging me. The addition of videos has been a great add-on. I have been able to share my workouts and Aaron has been able to give me tips and suggestions for improvements.
