What is the most unexpected benefit you've gotten from using X?

I've beat my long term goal of trying to get below 165. I've had this goal for 4 years and have gotten close but never reached it.

I've also started running faster than I've ever run, and it all started with me just trying to consistently hit my step goals Now, I'm setting speed goals and distance goals that are much greater than I could have imagined.

What's special about your experience with your coach?

I feel like Jolene has all the insights into my digital well being. She can see when I start to create bad eating habits or bad workout habits and can correct them right away. She also personalizes goals to my lifestyle since I travel a lot.

What features in X have been most integral to your success?

The food tracking and fasting windows have been the best features.

What are you doing differently since you started?

Typically I'll eat healthy for a few weeks then revert back to bad habits. Now I am very conscious about what I eat. I stay accountable to keep track of everything I eat.
