Most health decisions live on a 5-10 year horizon. You can eat healthy or go to the gym today, but you may not see the benefits or consequences for a while. Eating healthy, losing the weight, fixing the sleep, hitting the gym. These things are important, but not really urgent.

Behavioral economics has a name for why this fails: hyperbolic discounting. The brain heavily discounts rewards that are months or years away — the further out the payoff, the less it actually drives behavior in the moment. That is why willpower fails on a Tuesday at 8pm when you are tired.

The Daily Rewards system is our new way to patch this logical bug in human nature. Now each day truly count, and your AI helps to calculate the importance accurately. Tokens, or cashback, arrive the morning after you earn them—in a currency that already lives in your daily life, and that your brain is designed to prioritize. You become aligned with your future self, and healthy behavior can become instantly rewarding.

Habit research consistently finds that consistency, not intensity, is what changes long-term outcomes. Improving by 1% a day compounds to roughly 37× over a year — but only if you actually show up..

And the economics work in the other direction too: a few months of consistent follow-through is worth more in cashback than your subscription costs. The system is genuinely paying you back for staying on track, and investing in your future self.

The Daily Reward system pays you back for following through on your health plan, every single day. Here is a step by step guide of how it works, and how you can get the full benefits in the app every morning...

Better mornings, better days

The whole loop takes just about a minute, and is part of the morning routine.

Open the app and you’ll see a prompt to start your morning routine.

The routine itself is customizable—meditation, mood tracking, whatever you want to set up as your flow. The rewards are part of Yesterday’s report, where you and your coach can review your day together.

Everything from yesterday lands in one report—food, sleep, steps, workouts, meditation, even glucose if you track it. All this raw data is then shown in an intutiive report, so you can actually get the benefits from it instead of just stockpiling data on your phone.

Anything missing? You can add it directly. Upload any missing food photos or type in any gaps, before continuing to the final review.

Then your coach scores the day, based on your targets. You see which targets you hit, where you came up short, and get insights about what it all means for your goals.

Tap the button to claim your reward. It's that simple.

G1 and Ultra members will earn bonus tokens every day. These are a fun way for your coach to reward you, and are used to meter the more premium features that cost per use like AI chat, custom meditations, food analysis and more.

On Max, you’ll get tokens and also real cash sent to your bank account.

Either way, the mechanic is the same: hit your targets, check in the next morning, claim your rewards. Psychology shows that getting immediate feedback (not the next week or later) starts to retrain behavior and gives the best results.

This week's focus

Your coaching focus changes week to week, based on what is going to move the needle for you right now. This also keeps the report exciting and fresh, so you don’t get bored after a week and stop checking it.

One week it might be protein. Another week sleep, or HRV, or hitting Zone 2 cardio twice. A beginner may have a very simple goal, while someone who is more advanced may have something that still pushes them to their limit.

That focus is the top priority for the day's score. Everything else still counts and feeds in, but the focus is weighted heavier — because it is the lever that actually moves your health forward this week.

One more thing: you can get partial credit. So your coach sees everything you did and can score it accordingly. Any effort you put in gets noticed, though ultimately the goal is to get you really hitting your targets, because that is what results in the actual benefits to your health.

Small habits, repeated hundreds of times, can be the difference between a long and healthy life, or a medical emergency. These targets do not need to be glamorous. They just need to happen. A few extra steps here, a few healthy meals or workouts there, can start to add up.

The most exciting part is when you get into a positive feedback loop. Hitting your goals and being rewarded for it one day—in the app, and in real life by feeling better—make you more likely to do it again. Within a few weeks, you can go from missing most of your targets to hitting them daily.

Open the app now to review yesterday, and claim your rewards!
