What does the coach know about me?

Everything you track in Gyroscope, your goals, and what you have told it in past conversations. It does not see anything outside the app. It is a coach, not a doctor: it gives lifestyle guidance, never diagnoses, and it will tell you when something belongs with a physician.

Can I change how the coach talks to me?

Yes. Pick a coach personality, or tell it directly how you want to be spoken to, how blunt to be and what to focus on.

Is there a limit to how much I can chat?

Everyday coaching is included with membership. The heaviest jobs, long analyses and the deepest models, cost tokens, one to five each. Max includes the fast tier and the most capable models.
