What is the difference between One and Max?

One is the full membership: the Daily Report, AI coaching, food tracking and every tracker in the app. Max adds the heaviest AI work: the deepest models, the fast tier, the desktop app for Apple silicon Macs, and a full Data Review included. Both pages list every feature side by side.

Open your account settings in the app, choose Membership, and cancel there. It takes effect immediately and nothing renews after that. If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel from your Apple subscriptions list instead; Apple bills those directly.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

New members get 30 days. If you use the app but do not see results, message us within 30 days of joining for a full refund. The guarantee asks for accountability: at least 7 morning check-ins in those 30 days. Upgrades from One to Max are not refundable; your remaining One balance is credited toward Max instead.

Tokens are the currency inside the app. You earn them by checking in and hitting goals, and spend them on premium AI work: most jobs cost one token, the heaviest cost two to five. Everyday coaching never costs tokens. They only meter the extras, like a full Data Review or the most expensive models.
