How to export your Oura Ring data
Short answer
Use the Oura Membership Hub for a complete personal data request. Use Oura on the Web when you want a selected date range and chosen metrics, or use Shareable Reports for a readable PDF summary. These are different exports, so choose the one that matches what you plan to do next.
Request your personal data
Sign in to the Oura Membership Hub, select Export data, then select Request your data. Oura sends an email when the package is ready, and you return to the Membership Hub to download it.
Oura documents this as available to members with or without an active membership in its export and sharing guide.
Download selected trends
Sign in to Oura on the Web, open Trends, choose the date range and metrics, then select Download Data and Download. This route is useful when you want a smaller CSV for a chart or spreadsheet instead of the complete account package.
Oura says Oura on the Web is scheduled to be discontinued, so use the Membership Hub for the durable account-export route. The Oura app and Membership Hub remain the stated destinations for your data.
Know which file you need
The personal export is for your account data. The trends download is for selected metrics and dates. A Shareable Report is a printable PDF summary for another person, not a replacement for raw data analysis.
Oura represents downloaded duration fields in seconds, and its export guide points to the Oura API data models for field definitions. Keep the original files unchanged, then make a working copy before renaming columns or converting time fields.
How Gyroscope does it
Gyroscope's direct Oura integration is live. Once connected, Oura can join Apple Health, Garmin, Fitbit, Withings, Strava, and other supported sources on one timeline.
The timeline is deduplicated against your primary device. That removes the need to combine recurring Oura downloads by hand when your goal is an ongoing health dashboard.
