No. It can read your numbers and talk about them. It is not a doctor and neither are we; for anything about a diagnosis, medication or treatment, talk to your physician.

In beta for Max members
Gyroscope in ChatGPT and Claude
Ask about your own sleep, food, steps, workouts and Health Score in the assistant you already use. Log meals and workouts by typing them. Your data stays in Gyroscope; the assistant reads only the days you ask about, and you can disconnect any time.
How did I do yesterday?
Log a cappuccino and a croissant for breakfast.
Do I sleep better on days I work out?
What you can ask
Your health data, in your own words
Every prompt below is one the connector answers from the data you already track. Places and labs are separate switches you turn on when you connect.
Your day
How did I do yesterday?
What is my Health Score this week and what moved it?
Food
Log a cappuccino and a croissant for breakfast.
Was I under 2,000 calories on average last week?
Sleep
How did I sleep last night?
Am I sleeping more or less than last month?
Training
How many steps did I average in September?
Do I sleep better on days I work out?
Places Vaulted
Off unless you turn it on when you connect.
Where was I last weekend?
Labs Vaulted
Off unless you turn it on when you connect.
What was my glucose like last weekend?

Both work the same way: add the Gyroscope connector by URL, then sign in on gyrosco.pe and choose what to share. It takes about a minute.

- Open Settings, then Connectors.
- Under Advanced, turn on Developer mode.
- Choose Create, name it Gyroscope and paste the Gyroscope URL.

Any other app that speaks MCP can use the same URL.
What it can and cannot do
A window into your data, not a key to your account
What it can do
- Read your food, sleep, steps, workouts, day summaries and Health Score for the dates it asks about.
- With separate permission, read places and travel.
- With separate permission, read blood labs, glucose and ketones.
- Log simple things for you: meals, workouts, weight and more, with the same checks as the app.
What it never does
- See your password. You sign in on gyrosco.pe; the assistant only ever holds its own key.
- Read your coach conversations or coach memory.
- Export your data. Exports stay a website feature.
- Delete or edit anything.
- Change your account, plan or settings, or set reminders.
- See anyone else's data, or act for other people.
- Run on your behalf when you are not asking.
Privacy
You choose what to share
You sign in on gyrosco.pe. ChatGPT and Claude never see your password. Each connection gets its own key, scoped to the categories you picked when you connected.
Places and labs are off unless you tick them. There is no share-everything switch.
Revoke a connection any time from the assistant's own settings, or from Connected apps in your Gyroscope account. Revoking stops access immediately.
We keep a log of which tool was called and when, never the contents. We do not use your data to train anyone's model; what the assistant does with a conversation is governed by that assistant's own policy.

Questions
What people ask before they connect
ChatGPT and Claude today, including their desktop and mobile apps where custom connectors are supported. Any client that speaks MCP can use the URL.
It reads the same data you see in the app. Food you log by text is saved as text; Gyroscope analyses it afterwards the way it does in the app. If the assistant estimates calories in conversation, that is the assistant's estimate.
No. You pick categories when you connect; Places and Labs are separate switches that are off unless you turn them on. It reads what you ask about.
It can log simple things like meals and workouts. It cannot edit or delete anything: deleting is done in the app. It cannot touch your account or billing.
From the assistant's connector settings, or from Connected apps in your Gyroscope account. Disconnecting revokes the key immediately.
No. The in-app coach keeps its own memory and plan; this gives your other assistant a window into the same data.
Nothing beyond your membership. It is in beta for Max members now and coming to more plans. There are daily limits so a runaway script cannot hammer your account.
Ask your assistant about your week
Connect once. Then ask in the app you already use.
